If you have tasks outstanding, you will be able to see a count of those remaining tasks just under the Listydoo title.
You don't need to worry about this because, by default, if your Mac is in dark mode, then Listydoo will automatically adjust, likewise with light mode.
It's easy to group tasks, once the add task dialogue is open, you will see a dropdown menu which provides a number of pre-defined, popular groups you can group tasks by.
Once you have added a grouped task, it will appear under the relevant heading.
By default, you can press β + β₯ + T β no matter what app youβre in β and the add task dialog will pop up.
For ease, the task title will automatically be highlighted and, once you type a task name, simply hit enter and it will added to your task list. Similarly, to quickly leave the add task dialogue, just press escape.
Yes, just go to the Settings window which is located at the bottom of the task list view and you can toggle show/hide dock icon. By default, the icon is visible in the dock.

No - there was a reason you created tasks individually so you have to complete all the tasks to remove them. You can remove individually completed tasks by pressing 'Clear Completed...' button towards the bottom of the task list view.
But to clear them all at once, you need to complete them all...
